Does my customer need to download an app?
No. Your ordering page is a regular website — customers open it in any browser on their phone or computer. No app, no account required. They pick their items, choose a date, and pay.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. You can connect your own domain (e.g. orders.yourcafe.com.au) in a few clicks. We walk you through the DNS setup and it's live within minutes. Included in the $99/month plan.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep full access until the end of your current billing period. No data is deleted immediately — you can export everything first. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
Can I import my existing menu?
Yes. Our AI Menu Import feature lets you upload a PDF or photo of your current menu and it populates everything automatically. Until then, our team will help you set it up during onboarding.
