Privacy Policy

When you fill in a form on this site — trial request, demo request, or contact — we collect what you type in: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any message you send us. We use this to reply to you and set up your trial or demo.

We also collect some information automatically, but only after you accept cookies via the banner on this site (see below). If you reject, none of this is collected.

We show a cookie banner on your first visit. Nothing in this section loads until you click “Accept”. If you click “Reject”, we don't load any of the tools below and we don't set any tracking cookies. Your choice is remembered in your browser so we don't ask again.

If you accept, we use:

• Google Analytics (GA4)— tells us which pages get visited and roughly how, so we can improve the site. Data is processed by Google.
• Google Ads— measures whether people who click our ads go on to request a demo or trial, and lets us show ads to people who've visited this site before (remarketing).
• Microsoft Clarity— records anonymised session recordings and click heatmaps so we can see where visitors get stuck on the site.

These all load through Google Tag Manager, and only after you've accepted cookies. None of them are used to identify you personally — they help us understand traffic and improve the site, not track you as an individual across the web.

We use the information above to:

• Respond to trial, demo, and contact requests
• Set up and support your account if you sign up
• Understand how visitors use this site, and improve it
• Measure whether our advertising is working

We don't sell your information to anyone.

We share information with the service providers named above (Google, Microsoft) only for the purposes described. These providers may process and store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States.

Under the Australian Privacy Act, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@easyflowcatering.com and we'll sort it out — no forms, no runaround.

You can also change your cookie choice at any time by clearing your browser's site data for easyflowcatering.com, which brings the banner back.

This site is for business owners. It's not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
