Is there a free trial?
Yes — your first 14 days are completely free, no credit card required. You get full access to every feature so you can make sure Easy Flow Catering works for your business before paying anything.
Are there setup fees or lock-in contracts?
No setup fees, ever. No lock-in contracts. You pay month to month and can cancel at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What does Australian support actually mean?
It means you're talking to a real person based in Australia, during Australian business hours, who understands how cafes and catering businesses work here. No offshore ticket queues, no email-only support.
Are there order limits?
No. $79/month gets you unlimited orders. We don't charge per order or penalise you for growth.
Can I migrate from another platform?
Yes. Our AI Menu Import feature (coming soon) lets you upload a PDF or image of your existing menu and have it automatically imported. In the meantime, our team can assist with manual migration during your onboarding.
When will AI Menu Import be available?
AI Menu Import is currently in development. All subscribers will be notified by email before launch and receive early access at no extra cost — it's included in the $79/month price.
What payment methods does Stripe support?
Stripe supports all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Funds are deposited directly into your connected Stripe account — typically within 2 business days.
